While making reservations to fly to my brothers funeral. My wife missed the fact that she was not renting a car but a car service. When we got to the airport we found out that it was a car service. When we called the company and ask for at least a partial refund they said no because the driver was already there we were getting charged the full amount for the day. Even though we did not use the service. I would not recommend them because the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I recommend finding another service if you want good service.
