I had the worst experience. I booked the car way months in advance, followed instructions when we arrived at La Guardia and waited at the designated spot. No car. Called after 30 minutes and was assured the car was minutes away. No car. 15 minutes I later I call again and this time I talk to dispatch who tells me they see the car in the parking lot just moments away. NO CAR. I call back after 15 minutes to cancel and they tell me I can only cancel through the website I booked through and at that moment, OVER AN HOUR from the time I originally called , the car arrives. The driver does not even apologize, says it s not her fault it was traffic. I booked the car with my flight information so the service knew when I would arrive. I was so scared of missing my return flight I was able to cancel the service and just took an uber. Same cost more reliable. Never got an apology from anyone in the company. I would not recommend them at all.
