Went in for a balayage color and cut. Received streaky low lights and an uneven cut. I emailed customer service to see if there was any possibility that they could get me in to fix it and haven t gotten a response. So I paid $190 (balayage $120, cut $45, and $25 tip-I still tipped because I understand what it s like to work for tips) for a hair color and cut that should have been much cheaper (highlights/lowlights $90), and I m already ready to throw box coloring over it and go elsewhere to have the cut fixed. It s not even like I have difficult hair to work with. My hair is super thin, there s not a ton of it, and just a little wavy. Pretty disappointed and annoyed that I spent all that money for nothing.
