Review of The Brice a Kimpton Hotel

We picked this hotel because we liked its location...

We picked this hotel because we liked its location and it was dog friendly. It was not the cheapest place, but not the most expensive either. My first impression was exactly what I was hoping for... A smaller hotel with lots of charm. This past weekend we stayed there and checked in on Thursday afternoon. Shortly after checking in and getting a room unpacked, we had a problem getting back into our room. There was a problem with the lock mechanism and I understand sometimes these things happen. It took longer to fix than I think both my wife and I and the staff expected. What I was most impressed with our stay, was the way the staff, especially Xavier, Danny, and Corey Went out of their way to apologize and make sure we were comfortable and happy. My wife and I travel quite a bit and I promise you that this type of customer service that we received at the Kimpton Brice is not the norm anymore. Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you for making our stay very enjoyable. Savannah is one of my favorite cities, And I can definitely say this will not be my last stay at the Kimpton Brice.
