I was told the repair would be 5-7 days from the date they received my repair on warranty from Sony. So far, it has been 8 days and they just now called me, and guess what? The repair still isn't done

Not to mention, the person who called was a total jerk and talked over me several times

I like Sony, but if I am going to get this kind of treatment every time I need a simple repair, I'll probably save money and get Insignia or LG
