We have had them for 5 years. We asked to get a worn out sensor fixed. I was disappointed they were going to charge to do it given that we've needed no service at all for 5 years. They missed the set appointment twice so we called and cancelled the service. It's a month later and they are still debiting our account. brutal. Post Google Review: SafeTech did respond after reaching out to them again about the issue and agreed to refund the mischarged month and apologized. The service person was helpful and that was appreciated. Added a star but still wouldn't recommend.
