Our furnace started dying recently on the coldest day so far this year. Columbus Worthington Air was here quickly after I called. After diagnosis and explanation of all the options by Tim B., we realized a new one would need to be installed. Dan Phelps was at our house an hour later to measure and explain, in easy to understand terms, the best choices. The installation team of Rob C., Zach S. and KAM did a great job of putting the new one in.
