A few weeks ago I ordered ph strips online from them, the first delivery was an empty box, after which we called and they actually just didn't say that we were lying, and that we should email the owner. This done the same day, but never received a response. A week later I called again and it was sent again. Received and now they are the wrong ph strips, but with wrong values. I will order it somewhere else from now on.
