Ordered parts 9 days ago and paid $15 extra for US...
Ordered parts 9 days ago and paid $15 extra for USPS priority shipping, which according to USPS takes 1-3 business days. I am still without my parts which were needed urgently which is why I paid extra for express shipping. Tried to contact Rock auto but apparently they don't offer customer service over the phone anymore, only email. This should have been a huge red flag. I guess they were tired of listening to all if their upset customers. I was told that they can't do anything about the situation until after February 1st because that's the time frame for USPS express shipping! I sent them a direct link to USPS priority webpage showing that is 1-3 business days, NOT 2 WEEKS! I wouldn't have paid extra for express shipping if it takes the same amount of time as Free standard shipping. All I asked for is a refund on the shipping costs and they keep telling me I am wrong even though I have the receipts to back me up. This company is worthless, NEVER AGAIN! I just hope I finally get my parts as I've had 2 cars out if commission for almost 2 weeks now due to waiting on them to send me the parts. Absolutely ridiculous.
