This company is willing to loose a customer over $...

This company is willing to loose a customer over $16. They have no telephone customer service. They insulate themselves from anyone who has a legitimate complaint.

The part that I had ordered was supposedly "damaged in shipping" and never arrived. I notified RockAuto and customer service sent an email saying that a refund would be issued. I asked them to just send another part instead. Their reply was "the part is no longer in stock from the same supplier, and we do not know if/when the part will be available again".

I went back to the catalog, and there it was. The same part I ordered available with a 1 day delay. The only difference was that the price had gone up. Customer service ignored my subsequent emails and issued the refund instead of sending another part.
