I am not happy with this company at all. When it comes to returning parts or dealing with warranty issues passed 30 days is the biggest hassle. This company does nothing for their customers. For example to even call the company you have to google search rock auto customers service number. No where on the website can you find the phone number. When you do find the number you will talk to some low life they hired to answer the phone and have you do all the work. They wont even process a return for you. Then when you want to speak to a manager they tell you its not an option to just be transferred to a manager. You can't even leave the manager a voicemail! That is a bit alarming to me. Instead you give them your phone number/name and wait for the manager to call you at his convenience. What kind of customers service do these people think we deserve? This company is right they will have most of the parts your car will ever need but not all like they claim on t.v. what they won't have is the customers best interest or care in mind. They are out to make money and that is it.
