I see where a lot of people say there were laughs ...

I see where a lot of people say there were laughs and jokes but I'm sad to say I didn't have that experience because I don't know if maybe it was a bad day for the owner because he didn't smile or really say anything to me but sign these papers and it's gonna be 65$ and my ball fell off in the office and it still keeps coming off and it haven't even have time to heal its still fresh so I wish I can be compensated for at least another piece of jewlry. I went back to this guy because my earring came out after two weeks and he was more pleasant this time and we ended up having a better conversation so that's why I have 2 extra stars which goes to show some people just have bad days.
