Owner very rude. I purchased a Yeti cup in which they wrapped then found out I had selected the wrong color. I took the gift back to exchange and Mr Norris got upset and asked me; "Do you know how much wrapping paper cost?" I thought; not as much as you rudeness has just costed you. We have done business with them as long as I can remember but never again.
