I had one day visit to this island. It's one of the best island in San Francisco if you are looking for a single day activity like Segway ride, bicycle ride, hike or barbeque with family. The island covers in about 5-6 miles and views are just amazing. Deers roam feely all around which gives perfect nature friendly environment. I loved my trip to angel island and would recommend it to everyone. Attaching some pics
