A few years ago, we decided to remodel our kitchen from builder grade honey oak to more modern and streamlined. During the planning stages, it turned out we had a leaking master bath and had to remodel that too. Icon was helpful in planning both the bath and kitchen and we were able to finish both within 6 weeks, from demo to completion. They stayed on budget, with the exceptions when we decided for nicer finishes, such as tile, or adding tile to the launders room off the kitchen (not in the specs). The entire project was:
Gut master bath, extend shower, install additional shower head, install 2 vanities, install new tile, incl tile accent wall, install new toilet and washlet/bidet.

Gut kitchen, remove existing flooring to reinforce floor due to 73"x81" new island, remove all stair banisters and rails, remove all lighting, add 9 new recess light, add new flooring to dining room, refinish all floors and stair rails, reconfigure appliance placement, add sink/disposal to island, install new cabinets, counters, and appliances, install new tile flooring in laundry room. Replace powder room vanity, toilet, lighting.

With any remodel, there will be hiccups and delays, but Icon were responsive, professional, and very clean. Would I recommend them, yes!
