With the way the Lynch Group properly represented their client that I chose to use them to find a tenant for the property, which they quickly did. The tenant had some credit issues from a divorce and, I didn t think I wanted him, but Cheryl said I should meet with him and hear his story. She convinced me he was the right tenant for the property, and almost three years later he has been the best tenant I have ever had. When it comes time to buy another property or sell the subject, I will rely on the Lynch Group s expertise and hire them.
