First, it was a fast and easy appointment set up. Everyone was super friendly and the place was clean.
The reason I gave this place 2-3 stars was because I went in for an oil change at 8am and did not leave until 10am. A 2 hour oil change? I did not leave, I stayed and sat outside (which is nice they had an outdoor seating) They said it would be an hour. It was 2 hours. & at another Chevy dealership I paid between $45-50 and here I paid $68. I ve never had an oil change take 2 hours, especially if I was there waiting. At tops 45 mins.
