3:41 pm I finally managed to notify the secretariat for the cancellation of this morning's appointment at 8am.
A special number should be put in place in case of unavailability or unforeseen at the last moment .. to inform the staff ..
In the meantime I spent my day joining this secretariat and the voice messages waiting I know them by heart ..
