Pretty horrible and we have not even gotten there yet. The kids are coming up from Florida and I wanted to get some information on what attractions would be open while they are here. After spending 15 minutes on the phone gauntlet, it is apparent that Attitash has a policy not to allow their customers to actually speak to a real person when calling. It's automated information or leave a message and be ignored. Nowhere on their site is there any clear information about what attractions are open when. I guess we will be taking our money to another resort, your loss. Luckily there are only 20 or so other places in the White Mountains to go, and we will find one that is actually willing to talk to their customers.
