Very unreliable. Not recommended at all.
One time I had to sleep in my car in front of the hotel, because all doors were locked and they do not give you a key even upon request. Another time they cancelled my room ONE day before my arrival, because "there was a mistake with my booking". The "mistake" was, that a bigger group needed all rooms, so they just kicked me out on short notice, without giving me any support in finding a different place. You might go there in an organized group but I would never recommend it for an individual person.
