Absolutely terrible experience. I worked with Alan J. Toback. When asked questions Alan does not give straight answers and tries to keep you in the dark, very misleading. Half of my calls and emails were simply ignored "he was busy with other cases". During conference calls Mr. Toback doesn't remember what was discussed previously. It looked like he was totally detached from the case, so you have to repeat everything again and, of course, every time they charge you for the time. I provided them multiple documents and later they asked for the same documents again. They did not provide invoices, and when I requested them - I found they were charging for the services they never did (emailed me made up invoices). The list goes on and on.
This firm charged me a good amount of money and did very basic things like filing a couple of motions. Very unprofessional.
I hired another firm and for much less money I saw a great progress. It was a big mistake to hire Lake Toback DiDomenico, they just wanted my money and didn't care about the case at all.
