Exactly what you would expect from and Intercontinental hotel. Service is great. They treated me for my 30th birthday with a bottle of bubbly and a hand written card. We went at the start of March so it was a little chilly in the outdoor pool. In door pool was kind of warm. Good gym and spa facilities. Quiet hotel break
