Review of Newark Liberty Airport

I'm from NJ and an unfortunately forced to fly out...

I'm from NJ and an unfortunately forced to fly out of this airport almost weekly. I've never experienced worse costumer service. The luggage takes on average 30 minutes to come out and if you need to pick up golf clubs, add another 30 minutes. I'm sitting here waiting for my clubs while I write this and the attendant is sitting down and talking on the phone.
