First rate experience -- twice now!

I used Apple Mortgage to handle my refinance in 2012. Ed was professional, kept in contact, and made sure things went smoothly.

This year I approached my current loan holder to refinance to a lower rate -- they offered .5% lower, with over $3K in closing costs (this for a VA IRRL). I went to Ed, he got me a full 1% lower, with less than half the closing costs. As with the first experience, communication was great, and the process was all on-line, easy, and smooth. One day the closer showed up at my home, we signed the papers, and that was that.
