The staff was polite and helpful. I just wish I didn't have to ask for so many directions! We went to the ticket office to pick up our pre paid stubs and waited for them to start admitting people only to be told we either have to go up the stairs and walk around or grab an elevator and walk to another place. It was just not the clearest organization to me. Overall, though, it's a nice arena and their club store is one of the best in the league.
