My GF had test driven an Audi A4 and I wanted her to test drive a BMW 328 before she buys. I was sure she would love it as I drive a BMW and I love it. The foreign salesman was rude and refused to let her test drive one, even though she is absolutely buying a car. Guess what she's buying now...

Service:

I brought my BMW 335i in for service since it was shaking slightly at highway speeds. They said they had to balance the wheels, then they said they found a bulge and had to replace a whole tire. That was the second time they were replacing the tire While replacing the tire, they managed to put a scratch on the car! Instead of performing a simple alignment, I ended up being charged for a whole tire and be left without a credit for over a week until they find the scratch.

There are better and much less expensive service options.
