Car went in on Saturday for oil change and complimentary multi point inspection. No call on Saturday to pick up. Waited until Monday and tried calling all day, getting no answer, disconnected or told someone would call us back, but never getting a call back. Finally, got a hold of someone at 3:30, but was told they thought we already picked car up. Eventually found car and nothing had still been done to it. Told them we needed a car for work next day, was told they would get us one so we headed to dealership and showed up 20 min later when We got there, they then told us the car was ready to go. Very hard to believe, plus it was still up on rack and not washed. We needed to get to work, so they finally got us a car and we re going to finish up correctly the next day and would bring car to us to exchange out. Entire day went by and still no call, so my husband drove up there to get it and it still had not been cleaned. Sitting where we left it the night before. We ended up just taking car home with an incomplete service performed and still dirty car.
