Where to begin...this is a lot but please read. Might save you from what I experienced.
Not sure how accurate these ratings are..above or maybe they got lucky..

So in the beginning I took a look and was promised a great shape shipping container. Of which I decided to purchase... However after multiple reschedules on their end and 4 days of taking the day off with 7-8 hours on the road to drive to the plot and back later
I had a horrible experience.

After the rep very clearly messed up the order and I mean BAD....
losing 4 straight days of work (due to daily rescheduling from them) plus the 4 hour one way drives to and from, btw also which they knew I was making each time.

I'm told that "the only way they can fix the situation is if I pay the difference in the containers for the one I was promised versus the one I received"... Because the rep of almost a year messed up..
Which mind you is a $2,000 difference.
That's not my screw up, that's yours.
At this point I already paid $3,055... Suddenly asking for an extra $2000 after wasting a week of my time plus getting the order wrong was unacceptable.

Finally on the final day of rescheduling they try to yet again push the date back one more day and bricked an entire work week for me straight ...
Fast forward several hours sitting in my car because at this point over $200+ in gas has been spent just for me to show up and recieve the
container I paid for I'm not making the trip again.....

Finally the container shows up at almost 9 pm when I was supposed to be a 9-11am delivery. After already being rescheduled 3 times that week and 3-4 times that day...

low and behold corporate calls at 8 am today (the following day) saying they can't do anything but refund me.... What? That's all you're going to offer.
what I paid for high-grade container and received less than the water and air tight quality which essentially means I got severely overcharged so a rep could make a fatter commission on a "Big fish client" or for the company to attempt to bamboozle someone.

They do not have the grading scale on their containers like they claim...
Lost over $1600 rescheduling with them and losing work plus the trips down and back only to be told "ah well we can deliver it tomorrow this time" yet again.
They knew that I had a deadline. They also knew that I had other companies and I either needed them to beat the quote or find another company.

Super unsatisfied.
Can't believe not only the lack of accountability but also the complete inefficiency to do anything about the severe screw up and literally botching an entire work week of someone's time..
Oh and zero compensation,
normally I don't really go on rants unless someone deserves it but they beyond had the chance to fix this...
Mind you, my intention was to slowly purchase 212-215 containers from them...
And this was the result.
I'd look elsewhere.
not one person was willing to compensate or just bite the bullet and give me what I was promised and what I paid for to keep the business.
Just a "whoops well you can pay more or we can refund you.."won't be getting my business or that of my associates.

The photos are all mixed up.
I contacted him, got promised the kaki or similar container and then when I contacted him about the gremlin container I received, his comment was "well it's not leaking is it, it should be structurally sound" and then I proceeded to show him images about what he told me I was getting versus what I received and how they were not even remotely in the same ballpark .
paid for a Corvette and received Oscar the grouch.
Mind you these aren't all the damages either just the nasty over 1 foot long ones (one was the whole roof left to right several feet long 6-7ft plus many 1ft tears and patch jobs in the metal).. just what I found at 9-930pm when it finally showed up...
