I always do my research before choosing a dealership. This time was no different. Out of all Lexus dealerships in South Florida, JM Lexus does stand out. I was taken care of by the vip sales manager Saqib Khan. He was everything I needed from JM Lexus. The no haggle price/one price for all saves a lot of time and energy for both parties. My experience was fast, efficient, enjoyable. I happened to visit this location at the same time they were having a 30th anniversary party. Saqib was nice enough to invite me over while the paperwork was being completed. I am pleased to do business with JM Lexus and will recommend this location to my friends and family.

There is one thing I wanted specifically to point out about Saqib who helped me out. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and just a stand up guy. He didn t waste my time which I appreciate more than anything else. I d rather follow financial markets trends than stare at TV showing the Bachelorette. Overall, I don t like visiting dealerships in general, cause you get someone who is half awaken, cold and has no other way to connect with you but ask some stupid, basic questions (where are you from? What do you do for living?). I don t want to reminisce my time at Georgetown University with someone else, unless you went there yourself. So that s every other dealership but JM and Saqib. Sales associates need to have that tailored approach to every customer, which again Saqib has, and that s the reason I am giving JM Lexus 5 stars.
