Outstanding staff. Their coolness is only surpassed by their level of professionalism. Their laid back approach belies their acute attention to detailed safety. This is VIP service without the VIP price tag. I'd recommend the video if nothing more than the rational thought that although you may not be jumping out of a plane every weekend, you can at least watch it over and over again via a high quality "candid camera".
