Last week I went for regular maintenance of my Toyota Prius. Early this year I paid to Magnussen Toyota $1720 for maintenance program. . . last week this place did not have register for maintenance program . . I told them I paid for the program, I showed them the bank transaction, the technician not very willing to help . . I went home I did bring copy of the contract, then did not have the contract then they sent me to financial office . . . After all this ordeal I left at noon . . . At the end the financial person said I am sorry. I accepted their apologies, but It was a very bad experience for me due to their lack of efficiency.
