I had a hard time finding an apartment after a bad landlord experience, and was tired of trying to sift through reviews, prices and locations. While searching I saw an ad for RentMonster and thought I'd give it a shot. After typing in my information, Jessi called me the same day and set up an appointment with me THAT afternoon. RentMonster did not charge any fees, and Jessi was super helpful and drove me around Birmingham looking at different places. RentMonster will NOT work with slumlord landlords and has even "fired" rental companies that do not match certain standards. Couldn't be happier with the location of my apartment and the company that runs the property. Thanks RentMonster!
