Horrible customer service. They are open on saturdays till 1pm, but they won't answer the phones. Family was out on a trip to Paris. We informed them a week in advance but while being there the cards stop working. No way the contact them. What a way to spend the weekend with no money no support. No number for int'l support. Thanks Nikkei....
