The experience was not as advertised. We stayed the suites with direct access to the pool. For such an expensive price, the experience was more than disappointing.

- The resort is severely understaffed
- Multiple calls to concierge and room service is not picked up.
- 2 hours wait for a butter knife request, that eventually failed to turn up
- Was informed last room order for room service was 10pm but restaurant closed before 930pm.
- Leaking bathtub, led to a mini flood in our outdoor deck area
- Broken doors
- Faulty TV, no sounds with occasional blackout

I may give it a second chance if the resort goes through a thorough maintenance. Overall, an underwhelming stay.
