Competent, helpful and friendly sales personnel. At this time now due to Covid you need an appointment. We didn't know that and just showed up. Luckily we were in between appointments and they took the time to go over all the options. We needed help determining what hardwood would work best with 3 dogs. Price was fair, installation was great and the hardwood is beautiful.
