terrible customer service. We called ahead to ask about bedding and were assured it was included. after leaving our bedding at home we found each set of sheets was an extra charge and they wouldn't honor the deal we had confirmed by phone. Took them forever to get us on the water and we missed the bridge crossing the first night as a result. We had some rough weather at some point and stupidly they have a collection of about 15 wine glasses unsecured in a cupboard so naturally when the boat rocked a bit they all broke. We radioed the dock for advice on what to do and they assured us not to worry, just keep the cupboard closed until it could be cleaned up and there wouldn't be any charges as there was nothing we could do. The next morning we spent an extra 2 hours fighting to get them to not charge us for the wine glasses we has already been assured we didn't have to pay for. There are lots of houseboat companies around here, go with any other one as these guys are terrible.
