Gloria LIED TO us and our realtor for over a month...

Gloria LIED TO us and our realtor for over a month saying we were pre approved for a mtg. When we found a house and were ready to make an offer she flaked out on us. She never got the pre approval... Now we are starting the process all over again with another lender. This was awful. And heartbreaking since we found a house we loved..... I'd not recommend using them. She had NO CLUE what she was doing... And the only ones hurt in it were us.
