I went their emergency room last night and/or this morning. I was put in a room, for 45 minutes. I opened the door to the room and looked down the hall and saw no one. It looked like I was looking at a ghost town. No nurses, no doctors, nobody. After this long wait with no medical team, they had the nerve to send someone in for registration and/or get my method of payment. How dare you. I've been going to this hospital for 13 years, and I never experience such treatment. Especially, when you have a child with heart and lung disease. Would you go back. I had to leave and take him to another hospital. What a disappointment Scottish Rite. Maybe your medical staff was all sleep or they just do not see anyone after midnight.
