Initially I wrote a very negative google review about a problem I was having with their speeds which I thought was beyond their ability to fix easily.
However, after chatting to them and narrowing down the problem they managed to solve the issues I was having. They went beyond my expectations in solving this unsolvable (to my non-IT mind) problem.
I only wish I approached them sooner in a nicer way.
