Basically a nice place with friendly staff, great connection to Venice with the vaporetto and a great view of Venice in the front rows. Unfortunately, the place is right next to an industrial area with a car ferry pier. We had the bad luck that such a thing had put on overnight and with running aggregates did not let us sleep particularly well at night. But perfectly suited for a stay to visit Venice.
