Do not hire your bikes here!

We booked 4 bikes right in the Alianthos agency in Plakias. We went to the agency ourselves almost one week on beforehand, had our driver s licences copied and paid an advance on the rental fee.

On the agreed day we went to pick up the bikes, but we were told they simply did not have the bikes we booked. They gave us a lot of excuses, but no real reason and in the end we had to leave without bikes (advance was refunded).

Terrible service! I regret I cannot give 0 stars.

Fortunately Arkadi Rental in Rethymno helped us out very well.
