My service rep (Stephen? So sorry, I am having my senior moments right now) was very nice and professional! He took time to find out exactly what could possibly be wrong with my car since I could not explain in details what could be wrong with my car except that my dashboard was showing a check engine warning. He offered to take a look himself just in case it could just be a poorly closed gasoline cap. He found out that it was a tire- related issue and we proceeded to get it checked out. It turned out to be a nail puncture and it was fixed just in time for me to go to work.
I was also happily surprised and soooo grateful because my car/tire problem was fixed on the house!
Thank you, Roseville Toyota. You have been a great dealership and service center for me since I moved to Roseville 11 years ago!!!
