WORST! WORST! WORST! So far have scheduled 6 serv...

WORST! WORST! WORST! So far have scheduled 6 service calls for an icemaker to get fixed. Each time a different guy comes out and always with the wrong part. They don't communicate with each other. Meanwhile good luck having a supervisor call you back to the resove matter. They have the worst, useless, unsympathetic customer service department that will keep you on hold forever and will give you the run around in their hopes that you will give up. Would definitly not recommend buying a contract with them. Your better off buying a new appliance everytime then be aggravated with trying to have them fullfill their service contract. BTW....they still have not been able to fix icemaker.

9/18/14...Linda instead of putting on the review to call you why dont you call me! btw...to date I still have not received a call frrom a supervisor or have my icemaker fixed.
