This spot is not really that great..

This spot is not really that great..
The hospitality of this hotel is poor..
when everyone tells they are sorry it s hard to believe.. the room I had was a suite and the AC was like a small train you can sleep with that.
No one at the bar to server you when they are open ..
The management not having staffed trained be they are new .. if they are new help them out . I watched the staff struggle while some stood over them ..
This hotel is not great or good ..
