I have enjoyed the menu at Sushi Yasuda for many years. I had previously lived over 4 years in Japan and never found that level of sushi and sashimi anywhere in North America. One lucky evening my wife and I went to Sushi Yasuda after reading a (typically) great review. Since that time more than 15 years ago we ve never gone anywhere else. This is not some kind of Nobu or Benihana type pseudo-Japanese place. Sushi Yasuda is an authentic sushi bar, and offers a wonderful welcome to the flavors and customs of Japan. It s the real deal.
