Ted's Pizza is a pillar of Menomonie, one of the last great small businesses. The staff and management at Ted's have always cared for and respected every member of the community, even when its been the busiest.

I remember once not enjoying something I ordered, instead of arguing and trying to defend, the manager apologised and insisted I got something else on the house. I will always remember and appreciate little things like that, because Ted's is a small business, and they don't have to do things like that, but they do, because they appreciate how much they are appreciated, even to their detriment.
