As a friend and former employee, I'd like to commend Wendy for giving me an incredible experience and introduction into the catering world. I began as a server, worked my way to lead, and eventually started working in her office. She was even kind enough to let me keep my job while in nursing school and was always flexible with my schedule. In fact, a lot of her staff are pursuing various degrees and she works with each and every one of them. I believe I can speak on behalf of any individual going to school how grateful we are to find an employer who will do that. While working in her office though, I was able to see just a fraction of what it takes to put a single event together, and she does several events in one night! It takes a lot of discipline and precision to manage each function, and as you can tell from other reviewers, they typically go off seamlessly. Wendy has built an incredible business, one that I (and my family) will continue to endorse.
