Happy to see that the level of customer service hasn t changed over the years. It has been a few decades since we got our first Safe Tech alarm system put in. Sean, the president now, was the sales person and he was great. He sold us on our very first system by providing us a high level of customer service which has continued throughout his company. I have had the pleasure to work with both Malik and Peter in getting an upgrade and through some back and forth we have a better system. I hope that you continue to show your customers who have seniority the same level of outstanding service and offers as you do with new clients. Thanks for all the hard work and for making our home safe!
