Refusing to refund deposits on prom dresses that can never be worn due to COVID-19 cancelling proms is absolutely unacceptable. Hundreds of dollars are being held by you and what's worse is that you still have the dresses! Talk about kicking a senior when they are already down about missing EVERYTHING!! Absolutely horrible customer service and ZERO compassion!
