The place is nice, but i expected it to be better....

The place is nice, but i expected it to be better.. we booked a double bed room online but when we checked in it was 1 bed ... the staff were nice to try and help us ... they moved us to another room but by we had to wait for sooooo long ( 45 mins more or less)for help to move our luggage... ( 2 things were lost in the process / they left it behind in the other room which was given to another guest) wondering how they couldn t see the things if they cleaned the room for the new guest!!!! We were lucky to notice and they were found. The shower .. the water suddenly goes from hot to Extremely cold and suddenly again to extremely Hooot ( burning ) without even changing anything.
